Delivery Information

We send all our raw dog food packages with DPD, for next day delivery.

Our delivery charges:

  • Weekday delivery Mainland UK: £5.95
  • Saturday delivery Mainland UK: £8.00

Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday. Please place your order before 11am for the next day delivery.

You can now choose your delivery day during checkout! Please make sure you select a Saturday delivery charge to enable you to pick a weekend delivery.

Orders placed after 11am on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday unless Saturday delivery is chosen at checkout.

Orders placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day, or the chosen delivery date selected.

We do not currently offer a click + collect service.

Due to the nature of our product, we can only ship to mainland UK and postcodes that offer a next day service. If you live in any of the following areas we cannot deliver frozen produce to you.
